Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vaulted® packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
